sc is worth it's weight in gold to me...I monitor everything with mine...mainly short term and long term fuel trims, knock retard, engine temp, air intake temp etc. besides the minor stuff like tire size, speed limiter, 1-2 an 3-4 shift point adjustments. It has been invaluable to me since i can custom tune my fuel trims to it's optimum thus giving me great performance and good gas mileage to boot...

with the 08's you cannot do any of that.... yet

you can do;

rev limiter
speed limiter
shift points
tire size
87 tune
91 tune
tow tune

That is all.... you can monitor some things but change nothing

I use it to monitor only as well (only change is tire, speed/rev limit)...but it's an important tool for monitoring...I base my custom tuning (using a psc1 piggyback tuner) off of the sc monitoring...

I do the 87 tune, you have to do one of the tunes no matter what, IF you want to do anything else ie Tire Size....

The shifts I don't think a person should play with, that or the rev limiter. I have the lifetime FULL warranty and that will effect that.

Is it complicated to use or install?Do all chips void ur warranty or is that only if you use a tuner to modify?

Tuners do not void warranty, but if you over rev the motor because you disable or higher your rev limits that would void it....

No, I think that was more of a Root Beer brown like my 69 RoadRunner was when I had it.
