Default how to choose the best?

I'm new to Dodge Forum, but not new to the Dominating world of Dodge.
Today i got my 60,000 mile service done on my 05' Ram 1500 QC Laramie, 4x4, hemi 5.7
I Don't mind spending tha money, even though it was a good chunk of change. cuz i love my truck.

so my question for everyone is this: How do u choose the Which Aftermarket parts are the best for your truck?
(example... K&N or Air-raid, Borla cat-back or flowmaster, this tuner or that tuner?)

basically i'm going to purchase a Cold Air Intake, aCat-back exhaust , and even the superchip stuff. i just don't know which one's.

well the best ones are pretty much your preference....theres tons of threads and polls on wich are best, most people on this site like the ramhammer for intake, superchips flashpaq , and personally i like flowmaster...search around a little bit and you'll find your answer

I have a drop-in K&N filter and will soon be purchasing the Airaid intake tube to eliminate the restrictive silencer. I would also suggest Magnaflow over Flowmaster for a cat-back. Stainless so it won't rot like my Flowmasters have and makes more power.
But yes, everyone has a personal preference of aftermarket parts.

Keep in my mind that you get what you pay for. If you buy a CAI for $25, don't be surprised if you get some dryer hose with a filter on the end. Like everyone has said, it's a personal preference for a lot of it. Personally, I like the K&N CAI. As far as exhaust goes, I'm still stock and can't decide what to do. It'd be nice if I could see (hear) some different products on a similar truck.

So Where did u get the RamHammer chefred112? cuzrumur around the forum is that the RamHammer is Custom made, which meansit's "hella expensive". Looks cool though....

i agree with what Hawkeye74 is said. U get what u pay for. Since i don't have the cash right know for Exhaust, CAI, and the superchip all together, where should i start? it ain't hard to figure out but i just want to know where you all would start. I'm kinda leanin towards

AFE Stage 2 CX Air Intake System - with Intake Tube or http://www.autoanything.com/air-inta...A1817A0A0.aspx

if you give me your email address I'll forward the email I received when i ordered mine. The pdf order form includes description, pics and details on how to contact them. When I first started moddin, I went to homemade route, then the ebay intake, and when i could afford it i got the hammer....
