I just joined a group I’m not sure if this question has been asked before. What about using a 2010 through 2018 engine 5.7 to replace the old 2005 4.7 engine I have now. What all would I need to do to make it work?

A lot changed in 09, I don't think its worth the effort to make it work, just buy one that is a direct bolt in.

Help Needed: I have done a 4.7 to 5.7 swap with everything except figuring out how to get the throttle to work?? what's the best way to do this? the 4.7 is cable driven and the 5.7 is fly by wire? I purchased a APPS from a donor car but stuck on how to wire and connect to computer.

You will have to wire in the connectors. I don't have the diagrams in front of me at this moment.
