I put a 04' Hemi in my 02' Ram.. I Love it .. The 4.7 and 5.7 Hemi Transmissions have the same bolt pattern , so a Hemi would bolt to you're trannsmission.. 318-360 , motors won't bolt to you're trans..
You need a 03' to 06' Hemi and 04' complete wiring harness .. It will plug into the white plug under you're dash.. Look Up My thread " 2002 Ram get HemiDak-Quads Hemi"..
It will show you what to do.. I'll help you if you need it ...

will it work ? I have a jeep Grand Cherokee 04. 4.7 L will the 5.7 work in my jeep,

i wanna swap my 4.7 for 5.7
i own a 2003 ram 1500 quad cab 6.5 ft bed with the 4.7 and a NV3500 5 speed trans looking at buying 05 ram 1500 quad cab automatic. how hard would it be to swap my 4.7 to the 5.7 and what kind of wiring changes would need to be made i would rather not do any cutting to wiring and i would also like to keep it manual i don't like automatics any advice would be welcomed this would be my first engine swap
