Default Truck wont fire??

So i was driving the other day and my truck died... I had a slight over heating before but not during this day.. I was low on gas and refilled with 30 miles to go... I was driving down the road temp just fine, and it stalled at the light.> No biggie.> Started it back up.. Died at the next light.. Thought maybe bad gas.> So i drove on the highway for 8 miles or so and then it died. Temp was ok, oil looks good, all fluids look good and full.. Wouldnt start back up. Doesnt smell like its getting gas but i tried spraying some carb cleaner in there and it still doesnt fire... Motor turns over but it sounds kinda weak.. ANY HELP PLEASE.. thanks Bryan

It needs fuel, fire and compression at the right time to fire. Any codes or check engine light? How are you sure it's getting gas? I'd check to see if you have fuel pressure before going on to anything else.

Pull a fuel line and put the end in a container, have an assistant crank and see if any fuel comes out.

if its getting fuel and not firing you should still smell it coming out of the exhaust. need more details on your truck. engine, year, mileage. did you look at the throttle body when you took it apart to see if its real dirty? PCV might need replacing? you said it is really weak turning over, check battery?

So its a 02 ram 1500 4.7.. 99k miles.. The truck stalled at a light.. started up then died while i was on the highway.. It sounded a little rough right before it died but the radio was on so i didnt have time to really hear it.. All the guages were fine right before.. I hooked up a guage at the fuel rail it has 40 lbs. I sprayed carb cleaner in the throttle body to help it start.. Nope. I changed the cam and crank sensor yesterday still the same.> As for the battery its fine.. Just seems like it turns over at 80%. Just seems weak.. ANYTHING ELSE???? Pulled the plugs to do a "spark test" they all spark!

Clogged injector? Any of the plugs fouled? What color were they?

Maybe a clogged exhaust, if you have any tools I'd first hook a noid up to the injector wires to see if they are firing. If they flash you are good. If they don't light they are getting no power or no ground from the pcm. If they stay lit the pcm is grounding them constantly which is bad. Unbolt the exhaust before the cat and crank it over again see what happens. If it fires up the cat is probably clogged.

You have fuel I would check for spark. Perhaps it lost a crank sensor.
