The locations of the harnesses are colored identicat to the connector and they will only go in one spot so you can't put the blu in the greys spot or visversa.

Remove the electrical tape and the rubber boot from the connector. right by my thumb there is a terminal outlined in black if you are counting them then it is the fourth one from the left with the open end of the connector facing you. this is where your main power wire for your fog lights is from the factory. It is white with yellow stripe.

to remove the wire from the grey connector ( i am using the blue because it is all the same) pull out on the red tab. you'll notice that there is an indention on the connector to do so. As you pull out lift up. now the wire lock is released. but you still have to go through the back side with a tooth pick or anything small enough to re lease the wire. it may take a little time but keep wiggiling what ever you are using in the back until u depress the little catch holding the wire in but make sure that while doing this you didn't depress the red locking clips back into the connector.

once the yellow wire is removed from the grey connector place it in to the third hole from the right on the blue connector. this is where you see me holding up the wire. Notice that the open end of the connector is facing up. this will be the prong for the #37 spare fuse spot in the fuse box. Now reconnect the grey and blue connectors and put everything back. Don't forget the rubber boots and taping them back. I lost one of mine..

essentially whay you just did was disconnected the main power wire to your fog light from the relax which is usually here where my screwdriver is pointing and relocated it to the spare fuse location shown in another pic

this is the spare fuse location # 37 I am not sure how big of a fuse to run but I am using a 10amp and haven't had any problems. Once you put a fuse in here your fog lights will come on with your ignition and thus stay on when your brights are on.

That works, but I still like the fact that when I turn my lights off, they all go off! Your way they will be on anytime your truck is running!
