ahh,
the never ending teenage
'I wanna burn rubber'
Should we have mercy and mention the mod of
how to run the $12 worth of hose & squirt nozzle
from the windshield washer pump to the rear axle,
or
should we let them go out a add $1200
to their never paid off credit card balance
for the 4.56 differential gear change
that will also hit their highway MPG ?
the devil sits whispering on one shoulder
and an angel on the other

I've never even heard of that before.
I wanna find out what kind of rear end I have on my truck. Whoever had it before me replaced it.

Lol, didn't realize this would be such a popular thread! FWIW, my 08 QC is the limited slip rear end, 3.92 with 20's, and no traction control and no, no I can't spin them. When I stomp on the gas, I just hook up and go.
However, it rained tonight, so I stopped just so on the painted pedestrian crosswalk lines, brake torqued it a bit, and yep, sure enough, had no problem spinning them! I felt kinda weak though, I should be able to do that on just dry pavement!

Amanda's 2nd gen (360, stock auto, 3.92s) will spin the stock sized tires effortlessly...and at the track, it spun the hoosiers in the burnout box.

Factory torque management sucks!!!! No updated PCM flashes either, I checked with my dealer.
