when i rub my nail across the scratches i can feel them. They are deep enough to feel but not extremely deep. The scratches were on the mirror when i bought it. What can i use to remove these scratches besides sanding it down or buying new mirrors? Any products that will work affectively? Thanks.
Plastic mirror... Yep I had them too... I just rough sanded the plastic down. It shows the sanding marks but it is less obvious that there was a scratch, more like the texture has been worn off.
THIS WILL BE DIFFERENT BUT U COULD SAND THEN DOWN SOME JUST TO RUFF IT UP THEN PUT SOME BODY FILLER OR BETTER YET GLAZING PUTTY WHICH IS FOR REALLY SMALL SCRATCHES THEN SMOOTH IT DOWN THEN GET SOME SPRAY PRIMER SAND IT DOWN SO IT WILL STICK THEN SPRAY SOME BLACK ON IT JUST AND IDEA
thats what i was going to get too, but i still need to hide those bottom sscratches on the mirror. What can i use on it to make it black again without using paint, im talkin about some kind of compound or scrath remover stuff.
how can i get the black back to the mirror?? im just gonna put the cover over whatever it will cover then just make the rest of the scratches black again.
