Default Big rear tires on 2008 2WD 1500

I was wondering: Back in the day we used to put big tires on the back and smaller ones on the front. My 2008 with the factory 20's needs a space filler in the rear end. If I put a 305 - 60 - 20 on the back would it screw up the ABS?

Well...305/50R20 hasn't screwed mine up, so you should be fine.

Wouldn't the tires need to be the same height? You could probably put wide tires in back and skinny tires in front if they are the same overall diameter front and rear.

I would love to see this. Itll probably look like a mini dually with a super wide in the rear. I dont see a problem with doing it, post pics if you end up doin it.

In a 4X4 it could be an issue but it a 2wd with the front wheels being undriven, it should be fine.

It is only a problem if you have a Laramie with 4 wheel abs. All others have rear wheel ABS so different diameters on the front and rear won't matter.

I have the same tire size all the way round, looks great and handles better too.
