Default HELP!!! blew my hemi with nitrous!

Ok, I realize how stupid I am. With that bieng said, me and my buddy were messing around and hooked up a nitrous line with no jet on it into my intake, the plan was to barely open up the bottle too see how it reacted. Well he opened it up too much and we were probably running a 500hp shot for about 4 sec before the engine died.

We are about to start pulling stuff apart starting with the plugs to see if maybe they are just fouled.

It still cranks over and seems like it has compression so I dont think I through a rod.

My question is, is there anyway for the dealership to prove that I was spraying? or can i possibly have it fixed under warranty if I came up with a good story, Ive actually done it before with stuff that was my fault on my old nissan.

Thanks in advance for any info

You can give it a try but posting it on a public forum is not a good idea. Did you tap into the intake to do this.

Be prepared

I would say to drain your oil, if there are no metal shavings/flakes you have a good chance of being ok.

Where are you injecting the NOS? Did you have to tap into the air intake or use a plate?
Just hitting it once will not show any signs of use. It does keep the pistons clean with continuous use. At least it did in my Mustang

Damn, yeah I bet those four seconds were amazing. But like everyone else has said posting it on here is NOT a smart idea. I would delete it as soon as possible. You should be fine, I dont beleive there would be any signs of the actual reason it stopped working

It's a HEMI, how much more power do you need?
