Don't know about the 07, I have 04 with HIDs in the headlights and fogs, had no problems ground them, just make sure that there is no paint where you ground it at(I used OEM grounding locations). For the headlights, you can install the bulb on the passenger side without pulling the headlight out of the truck, cant say that for the drivers side(three bolts, two on the left side of the headlight assembly and one on the right lower side, you can see it if you look between the headlight and the top of the bumper.) The HID kit should have come with a connector kit that is pretty much plug and play. Remember DONT TOUCH THE BULB!!!!!!! As for the fog lights you can get to them from under the truck. This should be the end result.

He has Fogs mounted to the crossmember behind his grill, Common and easy addon.

You need HID's in them to.

its not to hard to wire the hid's up on an 07 I have one and did it but you must have a relay for them or they wont work on the 07. I have a diagram I made it might help to wire them up

Default I have a 2004 hemi 1500, HID Install question

Does anyone have a picture of the wire harness for the 9007 bulb install on the 04 Ram ?
I belive the harness requires at least one capacitor to prevent the flickering.
Any imputs are appreciated, Thanks

All the dodges have to have the Relay to prevent the flickering and for them to work as you drive you dodge here is a diagram for the HID Ballast and Relay.

What would happen if you would touch the bulbs of the HIDs? I remember when we put up the halogen light on our back garage, my dad said to not touch it. Is it because of the oil on your hands might shorten the length of the light bulb?
