Would this used budget CAI at $75 be ok for my 08 Hemi?

I would really like a functional Shaker hood like on the 71 Cuda's for my Ram, but they are too costly. I will be going the Airaid MIT tube to go with my K&N replacement filter when the funds are available. The stock airbox flows more than enough air.
