Those are in the works. No ETA yet.

Here's an update on where we stand in regards to new and upcoming Superchips options:

Completed:

* MDS Disable Option
* Stand Alone Tire Tuning
* Increased REV/WOT Limits... (6500 REV/6200 1-2, 2-3)

Possibly this week, but subject to quality control approval:

* Throttle Body Relearn Option

Other options to follow. No definitive ETA, but Scott will let us know as we move forward:

- Transmission line pressure adjustment
- Torque management adjustment
- Part throttle shift point adjustment
- Idle adjustment
- 93 octane tune

Do some timed runs before you add the gears and then after to see what kind of improvement you see. I like doing runs before and after mods to see what effect if any they have on performance.

As far as the updates you mentioned, last I heard they were coming soon but with no set date for their release.

Ok, I will be waiting. And as for the MDS disable, that is one of the best updates that you have released for the 3815.

Yeah, I definitely think I am going to do that. That I one of the things that I regret about my truck, that I have never actually done any timed runs or have been able to put my truck on a dyno. I don’t really care that I didn’t do it every time I added something. But it would have been nice to have done it when it was stock, so I can compare it to where it is now, and after the gears.

Does anyone know if you change the tune on your truck to many times if that will damage your truck or computer in anyway? I just got mine in the mail and i'm playing with all the options going back from stock to custom tune. Thanks for the help

Changing tunes won't damage your PCM. Enjoy your Superchips tuner.

Just an FYI:

New Firmware v1.32 and DB 239 are available through the update site. Not sure what's changed, but they're always working on improving the calibration. I always update myself.

Whomever plays with it first, please let us know.

I got the update, I might try it out later if I get the chance. For the guys who go to download it, you should know that it is a long update. Mine took well over 10 minutes to complete. Hope there is something good in there

Update. I just went out and loaded the new Firmware/DB. There are no new user adjustable options that I saw. Going to take it for a ride later, I will update as far as any changes in drivability.

Alright guys, just did about a 10 mile drive and back to my other house to pick up some things. First impressions of the new update, I like it A LOT. To me it seems like they have heard the calls to fix the bog that a lot of us are seeing at around 45 mph. I drive this trip just about everyday and there is a definite difference between yesterday and today. Prior to today's update, the truck used to drop to about 1400 rpms as I was cruising down the road at 45mph. This would make the truck bog down and you could really hear it bogging with my cutout open. But now with the new update the engine stayed in at a higher rpm and there was no bogging down of the engine. I would highly recommend this update if you have been suffering from the 45mph bog. I am going to take a much longer trip (about 60 miles) later on so I will update again later. Good job SC, thanks for hearing our calls for this update
