Thanks for all the replies guys.

It was 32 when I left the house this morning and it died again on me. REALLY annoying to say the least. Makes me feel like I'm driving a piece of crap or something.

I don't understand why it would be going lean all the sudden though..... wouldn't it have done it ever since I've owned the truck, in the cold months? I was thinking clogged fuel filter, but it doesn't do it when it's warm?? Keepin it simple stupid, that just doesn't make sense. Maybe clogged injectors, but it runs smooth when driving.... hmmmm

Man I hate these computer controlled motors.

Propane does the same thing as TB cleaner, but doesn't make a mess of the engine. You just turn on the torch but don't light it and if it gets sucked into the engine thru a leak, the idle will change.

You need to leak test the intake when cold. I told you how in a earlier post.

No luck on an intake leak. After testing it sat morning, I drove it and noticed that the idle was around 900 rpm at my 1st stop sign and I stabbed the throttle just alittle and then it went down to 450 and then back up to 600. It's never idled that high before at 900 rpm.

If it is "Lean", then what sensor is causing it to go lean? I mean it has ran fine for 91000 miles.

On a side note, I was out late sat night and was playing around with my buddy and his new tundra. He usually he just beats me, but my truck always seems to run better when it's chilly out, and last night I was just beating him. So, other than the stalling problem, the motor is running fine.

When you say you cleaned the throttle body...you removed it right?

I agree with lxman and severedistortion if you didn't remove the tb when you cleaned it you could have trash inside.Try to reclean tb and see if it improves.

Yes, I removed it. I did it again yeaterday and after going to the store a block away, right when I pulled in the parking spot, it died. Maybe 50-55 out yeaterday when I drove it. So whatever it is, it seems to be getting worse. Which might be a good thing. Maybe it will finally throw a code or something.

I'm about ready to take into a shop. Not a dealer, but a shop that a friend has trusted and they've done good by him. Can't hurt to try. If I get it fixed, I'll be sure to post up the results. Can't hurt for others to know in case they run into the same problem.

Thanks,
Michael

spend the $15 on a 180* thermostat first, I'm still thinking it will richen it up just enough not to stall...
