But so far, I haven't raced anyone in my truck. My truck also doesn't seem quick enough, I don't know if it's fluids, or what, but it's kinda doggy. So if it can be quicker, hopefully I'll be able to tell you a story of mine.

I dont think you have 4.56's. If you did, then you would almost always burnout your tires
off the line since you still have stock 33's. Or is the sig pic old?

I thought our trucks didnt have an lsd in the front? Thats what I thought anyway. You should be able to talk them down on the price. Just tell them to change the gears. Then tell them while they are in there to change the lsd. You should be able to get it done free.

4 wheel parts quoted me really high for my 4:56 gears and a detroit tru trac, but I talked them down 500-600 bucks. do some research and go back in there with print outs on prices, they will price match!

I raced a mustang in down town denver. I beat him off the line because I put it in 4wd and he just smoked them. but he caught me shortly after that. but when we got to the next stop light he pulled up next to me and asked what I had in there. I simply just said it's got a Hemi and left it at that. He was still impressed and said no truck has beat him off the line yet.

Are you guys racing in "tow mode"? I tried it last night on my '04 4.7L and the trans was shifting around 5300 RPM

damn right. it must be embarassing to get smoked by a lifted truck when youve got a custom sprts car.

Sig pic is the tires that I have on there now. But I'm thinking that new fluids should help me out. On any loose gravel or anything, all I will do is spin. But like I said before, my truck acts kinda doggy, so I wonder if my fluids aren't all just pretty old.

Its impossible to get solid traction with the stock tires on any surface for that matter. especially when your pulling onto a raod from gravel. just gott ease on the peddle. along with fluids you should check your tb, maybe its got all crud on it. new plugs and wires too?
