He was in it and mine is stock except for K&N drop-in filter. Don't know why I pulled him but I did. His was an auto trans as well. We were side by side all thru first gear and I could hear it, it was wide open. It didn't sound like anything was wrong with it.

But so far, I haven't raced anyone in my truck. My truck also doesn't seem quick enough, I don't know if it's fluids, or what, but it's kinda doggy. So if it can be quicker, hopefully I'll be able to tell you a story of mine.
My truck with 20" wheels and 3.92 runs about 2000rpm @70mph.

if your fluids are old then why not do a full fluid change for the truck. its worth it. my trans shifted better after servicing the trans...seriously.

I was supposed to over Christmas Break. My uncle was going to have my truck completely gone through and all my fluids changed for a fall break. He hasn't scheduled an appointment yet for it, so I don't know what's going on. It was supposed to be in a while ago, and I would really like to get the fluids changed. He also said when his truck hits 45,000 miles or so he's going to get it in a routine.
