Only negative issue I see with the new setup is the increased chance of getting water sucked up and into the engine...

it's not seriously flawed, it just isn't significant. that's why i didn't go on about it. even the black paint, no big difference. but that might be why metal intakes are polished, or maybe its for the bling factor?

The filter sits right behind the headlight so the water should not be an issue unless I drive through a stream! LOL And seriously, I don't plan on doing that.

Thanks for the props all....appreciate it...

Next project will be a 2" front leveling kit with new shocks....

lol very nice job, im looking of doing something of that sort, not very impressed with my e-bay intake but what can you expect for $30 bucks...
