Ok so I figured out it is the actual air filter is hitting the inside of the fender. I twisted it slightly so its harder to hit it, but it just seems too long. I took it off and tried to make it go in farther, but its all there is. Anyone else had any clearance issues?

Well I made some adjustments tonight. I loosened the tube where it connects to the throttle body and just set the tube at a little higher angle so it didnt hang so low. hopefully that will solve the problems. I could cut it back as well, I'll try that it if it doesnt solve my problem
