Stock Tires
My truck came with the Goodyear Wrangler HP tires and after driving around on them this winter I have to say that they are horrible in the snow. The treads clog up with snow and snow even sticks to the surface and they start to slip. I read reviews on Tire Rack and people seem to agree with me. Has anyone around here had the same experience?
Based on my previous experience with BF Goodrich tires, I was looking at the BFGoodrich Long Trail T/A Tour. Has anyone used these? It sucks that I am already looking at new tires for my truck at 7000 miles, but the Goodyear's are awful!
P.S. I want a year-round tire that offers decent traction all year, not a winter tire or tires for another rim, since I don't want to buy another set of rims, nor do I have a place to store them.

I've got the GY Wrangler ST-A's on mine and their OK at best in the snow. As soon as they wear out though, I'm going to get a better set. The manufacturer always puts tires on trucks that give the smoothest, quietest ride so to move them off the lot, which means they are great on dry pavement only. At least the GY's are better than the General's that came from the factory on my '03 F-150. Those were the worst tires ever; it was like driving on racing slicks in wet weather. I swapped them out before they saw their first winter.
