For some stupid old school thinking reason, the Dodges do not use a MAF. They are really old school MAP style. They need to get with the times!!

Did this issue ever get resolved? My 03 Hemi is having a hard starting issue as well and only when it is cold...under about 20 - 25 degrees out. If plugged in (block heater) it starts perfectly.
