Instead of going through and quoting individual posts:

It looks like it will be hard to do with a 125 shot. The truck does have the 3.92 option. Bone stock it ran 15.9@86 MPH. I am confident that I could have knocked that down 3-4 tenths with driving changes. It was my first and the only pass I made in the truck in very hot summer weather. The only thing I can do is give it a shot. I don't see breaking the rear end on street tires. The transmission is a different story though, I have never had any luck with chrysler auto's. I am confident that I will have no problem getting into the 13's on a 125 shot with just the exhaust & intake I have now. I will make sure to get plenty of video to prove it.

Also, His vette must be a 01' because it has a 385hp badge on it.

As for actual NOS numbers, I only ran my Mustang in the 1/8 mile.
With a 100hp wet kit on old slicks. stock motor with offroad h-pipe, Flowmasters and 3.55 gears, it went 8.40 @ 80mph. Add 100hp of spray and not power shifting, because I am old school and the NOS button was on the T-handle, it ran 7.96@86.9mph. Back then the car weighed 3180 and 3360 with me in it. Now it has lighter wheels and no quad shocks, but probably weighs about 3410 with me in it cause I got older and fatter.
7.96 = about 12.49 in the 1/4 mile. 3360/350hp=9.6lb per hp.
If your truck weighs 5500lbs, you would need about 550hp to dip down in the 12's because your automatic and transfer case are going to eat alot more power than my T-5 does.
