Tool box behind the bumper?
if you dont have to much to store, what about a shelf-it overhead storage

or you could try to fab up something like it

I've been on vacation so haven't done a lot on this yet.
I have poked and prodded behind the bumper, and I'm currently thinking about fabbing a bracket that will hold an ammo can. I stopped by a surplus store and test-fit a couple of cans. The 30-cal will fit through the gap between the bumper and the radiator support, but it's pretty small. The larger cans will fit, if I want to raise/lower it from/to the ground instead of lifting it out. I don't really want to notch the bumper to allow the bigger cans to lift out.

im gonna look more into it, since i cant put a regular tool box in my bed, it has a cover over it
Yeah I was pretty impressed with the idea when I found it. If I had seen these things before I may not have gone with the regular diamond plate tool box I have in the back now.
Do they keep them in stock or do you have to order it for your specific vehicle? For $100 I would definitely give it a try.
I haven't seen a Sam's Club since I left Nevada. The cheapest I can find one is $180. That's tempting, though.
