yeah, I think the exact numbers are like 46 HP and 59 TQ. Best numbers on any gas tuner I've ever seen. SC states when they got into writing a tune, they just found gobs of power DCX never took advantage of...

That just tells me DCX wanted to be lazy and not manufacture the engine to it's full potential. For the terrible gas mileage I would expect a much more powerful engine and with a tuner giving those kind of results I just get disappointed in Chrysler's engineers.

I agree, the lower you are the less drag you create. However, that reduces your ground clearance which good ground clearance is something I find very important in a truck.

mine is tuned up well. and i get about 11mpg with mods in my sig.mostly city driving though.(25 to 35mph)and around 12mpg is what most get. i did see 13mpg before. with the stock 20's and junk wrangler hp's.

and donnt believe those big numbers on the superchip for the 5.9. though it does run alot better, but somehow they have been exagerated. i would guess about 20-25hp. cause i can tell a difference performance wise compared to the hypertech max energy and jet stage 2 chip i had. just not that big of a difference.

drive slower and check tire pressure. look at what the door jam says for pressure, than look at the tires max pressure. try and get the pressure between the two numbers. if the jam says 35 psi and the tire says max 44 psi, get it in the middle 4o psi, this will help out some. and if your driving is mostly around town or stop and go traffic. a simple gear swap will do the trick, those trucks like 4.56 gears

Those numbers that SC posts for that tuner are hard to believe. Have you used the 3815 on a 5.9?

It removes the parasitic loss associated with the clutch fan that comes stock on our trucks.
