Well I was going to go with headers and straight pipes but I don't know.

I got my cutout put on last year, and I have yet to close it. It sounds too good with the cutout open.

That sucks, but like Off Road Teacher said, I'm sure that there are places that aren't too strict. I'm lucky CT doesn't have any inspection, just an emmisions test, and all I have to do is close the cutout for that.
