Default 6 in lif and super swampers

ok change of plans. id like to do a 6 inch lift with 37" swampers, with some black and chrome rims. Anyone got some feedback (pics of what itll look like, any problems, etc.)

make sure you get 4.56 gears or that will not be fun on the truck...

Are the half shafts that ****ty that they can't take 37"s?

I wouldn't regear if it saw the highway a lot, but that's just me.

yeah, the '02-'05s don't like a CV angle over about 20* and the word is the '06+ don't like it to be over 15*. I know I've seen at least a dozen snapped CVs while hunting and ATV riding, mostly Cheby's btw, but some Dodge's, most are with 37" or larger tires...

i wouldnt do it, but thats just me. stick with 35's and the truck will look good and be much more practical for a daily driver.

well good to know before I actually did it. didnt realize it would cause that much of a problem. If I went with 35 in tires could I pull off a 3 in body lift, or would they rub? I know itd be much cheaper.
