Tire Choice
Searching for tires is exhausting work.
I have searched our web site & made a several phone calls to local tire shops here in Hamilton Ontario. Everyone at the tire shops are singing to a different tune about tires & pushing what they want to sell!
I am looking to replace the stock size of 275-60 R20.
I have looked at BFG Long Trail T/A, Toyo Open Country A/T, Cooper Discovery HT etc
(I am sure that I am missing a few names here)
The main use for the truck would be typical fishing (towing a boat), hunting (off road travel). Also the winter weather can get crazy here at times.
Value items:
• life of the tire is important
• has to be able to perform off road along with typical pavement travel
• cost
• tire noise would be my last concern
What would you guys/girls pick, based on the above? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a pair of Bridgestone Dueler A/Ts on a previous truck and I wasn't a fan.
Just got some Cooper Zeon LTZs and I love them. I talked to a couple of guys that have had them before and they all got 50k-60k out of them. That works for me. Not to mention they handle great in the rain and mud.
