Default my exhaust plans.

found a custom shop willing to install a full true dual exhaust for $300. that includes a custom fab'd x pipe. all i have to do is bring the headers, cats, and mufflers.

im going with preferably pacesetter longtube headers.

im purchasing a electric cutout. Reccomendations? dmh?

high flow cats? should i just go with flowmaster high flows or magnaflows?

and mufflers, im contemplating either dual aeroturbine, macks, or flowmasters.

Yes, true duals would require two cutouts.

basically you weld them on the exhaust after the headers, and when you flip the switch it dumps the exhaust out a side tube bypassing all the exhaust (cats, mufflers, resonators)

Badlanzhpehttp://www.Badlanzhpe.com is where I got my 3" elec cutouts. Nice craftmanship and they don't leak as some others do.

I eliminated my cats.

My setup from the motor:

Headers, front 02 sensors in collectors, Immediately opended to 3" pipe, cutouts 4" from collectors, rear 02 sensors w/ nonfoulers at R/ side of tranny, x-pipe, about 4' of pipe, dual FM 50HDs SI/SO in original muffler location, (my muffler guy welded a 3/4" spacer between the mufflers for cooling them), both tailpipes over the axle and out behind the tire w/ chrome round rolled 4" tips. Sounds awesome & looks great. Very happy w/ mine.

Hope this helps.

It's louder than just 1 FM but not so loud to attract undue attention.

Unless I open the cutouts like I did at a light last nite when a cheby thought he was a bada$$ revin' his motor. So I did the same and I think I scared him cause he gave me the thumbs up and took off from the light like GranPa.

I would use Magnaflow cats and mufflers.

Of the mufflers you listed, the MAC's flow better, but not as good as Magnaflow.
