Default Oil pressure

I started my truck today (2006 Ram QC Sport Hemi) to go to work. The check gagues light came on and i noticed the oil pressure dropped to nothing, i shut the truck off and waited a few minutes and started it back up and everything was fine, drove it to work with no problems.
What would cause this? (could it be a bad sending unit?)
I changed the oil about two weeks ago and levels are fine, i cannot find any leakes or anything.
