Did you mean at 20-25 mph referring to temp. drop due to airflow?

Yeah but I bought this one a long time ago and its been there every since. I have cleaned the filters and Ive never had any issue with. The bad thing is that I cannot compare it to anything else because its the only one I have eevr had. And yes I do like it.

Yes, the you sit and idle your IAT temps rise but as you drive you have air flow come in through your front end of course and which pushes all the "hot" ait out and thus the intake sucks fresh air thats at the outside temps. With this you start to see the IAT temp numbers decrease.

You are still getting heat from the radiator right on the filters while driving. Check your temps when it gets up in the 80's again and see how cool it is.
Even the factory knows to pull air from the sides or front of the engine compartment. Ford, GM and Dodge do it for a reason.

Oh I agree you can get cooler air from other places. But then were not in debate of who is running cooler. You if you are really asking for that data I can record it on the SC3815 and post it.

u might as well do it. CAI are the most over rated things ever. the computer will adjust for the change in temp over the stock one. thats why they put a temp sensor AFTER the air filter. and that would look cool. but i just spent 5 hours making one from PVC pipe and it works looks and sounds amazing!! and only cost $20
