steering problem

Default steering problem

well it all started like this i have a 2008 qc 4wheel drive and i was doin donuts at the beach and after that i was just about to leave when i got stuck and my truck started to sink so i put the 4 wheel drive on after a little strugle i manage to get out so iam all happy since if i would of gotten stuck it would of suck cause i just got a new set of mud GRapplers but anyway the problem is that whenever i am not moving and try to turn my wheels it is very hard and wont turn and as soon the truck moves just a little its like they brake loose it never did this till today any info would help me alot do yall think my steering pump is about to go out please help before i go and drop it off at the stealership

Somethings def wrong. My truck is like butter to turn the wheel regardless of sitting still.

I'd look underneath and see if the rack is leaking. If you had it cranked all the way around while you were doing donuts, it sends a lot of pressure through the rack and can damage the seals. If its leaking, yo should be able to see it.

well the news is that it at the stealership under warranty and there was no leak at all but after i got done doin donuts it wasnt doin it but when i got stuck i was tryin to steer and but it was hard and only had 1 tire spinnin in the front

update 5:56 they call and said it might be the rack and pinion
