actually both would have the same room since you could mount them all in the bed. i figured you could probably fit like 20 subs there
why get a truck if you are going to fill the bed with subs, a suburban would be the better choice. I said q/c because if he doesnt use the back he can take the seats out and pack that mo fo. just my .02

or just get one of those big cargo vans that they pack with subs and use for competions. i heard that they get it up to like 180 dbs. it could burst your eardrums in a sec

look up "crawl through" it's where you build the box in the bed and then port it into the cab kinda like the how the spare tires on the old El Caminos were. You can fit 4 competition 12's in there and it'll only take up as much room as if you had a tool box in your bed.
