Wait, isn't the scoop on an srt hood integrated into the hood? I thought it was all one piece.

actually you're right..i didn't even think about that, the srt hood scoop is already built into the hood so what are they trying to sell you a regular hood with a scoop?

The srt has an insert that goes into the scoop. It's commonly referred to as the "dustpan." There are two part numbers for the hood, one that includes the dustpan, and one that doesn't. It's cheaper to buy the hood with the dustpan included than to buy them seperate. It sounds like the retarded sales guy didn't know that and priced the wrong one.

ok well im not going back there. im just gonna keep looking for used on in my area or so...hopefully ill find one soon.
