Angry rant!!

i'm so f'n pissed. power steering pump went out, i just replaced it in february!! so i take it off, go to take the pulley off, comes about a 1/4 inch, and thats it. I just bent an adjustable wrench and pulley puller, and BROKE A VICE trying to get this damn pulley to budge. WTF!!!

i'm just pissed, that's all. how the hell does a plastic pulley get stuck enough that it will break a vice before it comes out?

I would break the pulley into pieces, or sawzall it. A new pulley might cost you $30 or so?

Yea break it apart, sawzall it, drill a bunch of holes in it then break it, just don't mess anything else up.

I'm thinking bad install of the last pump. I'd take it to the knucklehead who did the work and make him fix it.

I'm betting cheap, foreign labor...

Don't forget shooting it! Shooting anything at all is always a damn good stress relief.
