Lifter ticking is not normal. Take it back and make them fix it.
The Hemi tick is a faint tick and not a loud clacking noise.
My dealer changes my oil and filter with Mopar oil and filter for about $25 with tax. Coupons for $18.95 oil changes up to 6qts. I won't touch it myself for that price. Plus if there ever is a warranty issue, they changed it, not me
