Default Almost got killed today

Was on the highway this morning and was stuck in traffic for 2 hours. Then the pace finally picked up and everyone starts flying because more then half the people on the highway get off at one major exit. So I look ahead and see the cars going over the "sub bridge" sections where it goes from a concrete dip to a metal beam and over and over. I watched everyone infront of me go over it at 70+ mph so I hit it doing 70 next to a tractor trailer and nose dive into the left lane luckily no one was next to me but if I had dove to the right I would have been under the trailer. Why does this truck bounce in the air when a bump goes through the leafs?

silver its how the roads are and have always been around here. I watched a ****ty 94 ram go over it like it was a squished tin can and the semi didnt even move. Its a 30foot slab of concrete then a metal beam and the same thing over and over and over for about 3 miles. Also they were all moving faster then me at the time and I didnt try to slow down because I didnt think it was going to be a problem at all. But anyways hey silver is it that time of the month?

oh ok well just the way you worded it man like everyone did so i gotta do it too. if the road is $hitty like you say then going 70 over doesnt seem smart to me. maybe its the way you hit it and thats why you went to the left. and yes it is the time of the month, the truck needs to get waxed thanks for reminding me

my truck has that problem too. doesn't sound as severe as yours. I changed shocks on the front, and it helped quite a bit. going to do the rears soon (this weekend maybe?), hopefully it will cure the problem.

has your truck always done this or has it progressively gotten worse?

Mine jumps when hitting a decent bump at highway speeds too. I think the factory shocks are way too soft. This ain't a damn Town Car, it should ride like a truck. The suspensions are too soft.
