ouch... thats deep... it wont even buff out... you will have to spray the whole side of the box.. I hate when people mess with other peoples trucks.

If you have full coverage depends on your deductible but vandalism doesnt increase your yearly rate. Some insurance companys cover vandalism fully so you dont have to pay your deductible. if not maybe 500$? If you can find a cool body shop maybe they can say your glass got smashed or something and take the clame from that to fix it

There's no way of making it completely unnoticeable without painting the bed which would be pricey. I'd tape it off, go over with touch up paint, sand with fine grit, then clear coat.

Repaint the panel is the way to go.

To repaint/reclear the panel, more like 350ish.

Insurance said I can do what Markmm said and claim it as vandalism and it won't count against me. I was planning on getting the panel repainted. Maybe they can paint my bumpers!

if you want other things painted nows the time to tell them while its in for repairs. I'm sure they will break some kind of deal since its already gonna be in the booth!

Hey guys, just an update. $550 at Dealership and $515 at my body shop. I can get it for a little less at a local body shop but 1)they take longer 2)from what ive seen, not top quality

So looks like $500+ will be my only option
