Default What's the Best Choice for a Single Sub Box for Quad Cab?

Hi all, been a long time since I've posted here. Who makes the best single sub box, either a single 10" or single 12" to put under rear seat of an '05 Quad Cab? Seems like alot of people gravitate to the Fox Acoustics but all of their offerings are for dual 12", I only want to take up half of my under seat storage and don't want to go with a center console style box. There doesn't seem to be alot of choices. Here's what I've found so far:

1. JL Stealthbox: single 10", pretty pricey considering it's unpowered, it goes for $599 but I know JL makes nice stuff and the 10" W3 it comes with is supposed to be tuned to the box

2. Q-Logic: Will fit a single 10", box goes for around $270 unloaded, by the time I drop a decent sub in it (thinking Diamond Audio to match the rest of my system), I'm encroaching upon the JL price.

3. Mopar/Kicker: This seems like an interesting option and is $579 or so with the amp. I like the box, don't want the amp. I thought I've read on this forum where somebody got just the box/sub, no amp, and paid $199 for it. Anyone know how many watts this subbox can handle?

4. Subthump - Single 10", box is cheap, $99 unloaded. Of course, I think it's cheap for a reason, people have said it's not well sealed, strange contours inside the box limits what sub you can use and way the box sits, the sub has no room to breathe.

What else it out there? I'm not crafty with MDF and/or fiberglass, so making a box myself is not an option.

the Pro Box stuff looks nice, unfortunately the link to the unloaded 1x12 box doesn't exist, something tells me they only make the dual boxes unloaded now. They did have a single loaded box, not sure how good their subs are though.

joe fox makes the ultimate dodge ram box. He made them for his ram, and then started selling them. Foxacoustics.com is the website I believe. Look at the, no1 that has one has anything bad to say about it, my probox(for 2 12's) isn't up to par, I wish I would have bought a FoxBox

Unfortunately he does not make a single sub box, otherwise I'd go Fox all the way. I did email him over the weekend to see if he would make a single box.

That looks great! Does the seat go all the way back down or does the box or grill push it up a little?

yes the seat goes all the way back time..if you get a heavier person in the back the grill gets pushed in a lil but not a big deal

I installed this box in my truck and I love it. Rasied the arm rest about 3 inches, but sounds and looks great.
