Ok, just took some updated pics of my truck. Mods for the month of May were 2" McGaughys drop shackles, Black night runner head lights (minus side reflector), and Magnaflow dual side exit exhaust (which is not on because i couldn't get the fricken clamps off the stock exhaust )

Within the next week i'll be painting my fiberglass eyelids, grill shell, and maybe the roll pan.

Paint the roll pan red or leave it black?

 

are you sure those are drop shakles? the rake is still pretty high in the back end, and yes, paint the roll pan

Yea the shackles were quite a bit shorter than the stock ones. I measured the distance between the top of the tire and the wheel well before and after. It did lower it. I still need to remove the overload spring to get it to sit level.

 

At this point in the poll I can see that I am the only one who thinks this way, but I say leave it black. It helps carry over the red and black theme to the back of the truck.

 

paint it red it just looks outta place and like you just put it on jmo and is your truck 4x4 it looks like it sits higher than mine

If you could tie it in somehow to the other black parts of your truck I'd say keep it black but since it doesn't look like you could I say paint it red

 

Alright, thanks for the input guys. My dads friend said he'll paint my grill shell, eyelids, and roll pan for $365. So I'll hopefully get it done next week, but not sure.

 

I like teach's theme.... But instead of painting the pan, PAINT the truck to match the Pan!! Then it would be complete!
