I have the same issue on my 05 hemi sport... I have so far traced it down to being a leaky injector. I have done everything everyone else has tried.. Same exact starting issue. I have yet to pull the fuel rail/injectors and see though..
Have a look at your oil.. see if it is getting fuel in it.. mine has lots.. that whay cold starts are fine.. The rail has depressurized and washed down the cyl walls. On a warm start it seams to be flooded. you will also see a puff of smoke when warm starts accour with acc to the floor because of the added fuel..
I would love to know anyone that has ever fixed this issue... I have herd of it many times....

Ok guys. You have a bad injector. Is why your truck won't start unless you press tje gas when is warm. Pull your injector rail and with the injectors on. Put your key to on position not starting the truck. Just for tje pump to put pressure in it. And see wich one leaks. You have to put paper under neath the injectors. I find out like that on my truck. And that was only one bad. I replaced and that fix my problem. Thanks

I'm having the same issue I've had in to multiple shops and no one can figure it out. Throdle body is clean, fuel pressure good. The last shop thinks its getting to much fuel but doesnt know why.

Next time it doesn't want to start, stomp the gas pedal to the floor, and hold it there. Crank the engine. Does it start?
