I have used sea foam in a few different applications and it worked shockingly well. I inherited a riding mower from the people who owned our house before us and the oil looked like black tar,so I changed the oil and it still had so such sludge in the engine it mad the new oil turn black immediatly upon startup.I poured in some sea foam and it instantly cleared up the oil,I ran it a few times and changed the oil again and it has never looked better or run cleaner. I am now a believer in Sea foam it's a great product.

6 quarts. really easy. have the same engine as u and use that oil. great stuff

Just changed mine today and also went with the Mobil 1 **** water and a K&N filter.Book says 5W20 so thats what ill stick with.Is the first vehical ive ever owned that i used a full synthetic oil though.Guess its time for change,we will see how it goes.
