Will not fit vehicle with factory or aftermarket lower fascia/rollpan or tube bumper
can someone please translate this for me?
should i take a picture underneath the truck and post it here?
also, did anyone look at my post regarding the error code? what does it really mean?

as far as your codes take it to autozone and they can read the code for free.

As for your code, sounds like your brake booster isn't getting the vacuum it needs. There is a vacuum line connected from the booster, On the Hemi, if your looking at your engine, it goes to the right of the throttle body, on the side, you should see a fitting. Should look similar and be in about the same location on your engine. Check this line for cracks or a possible loose or broken clamp.
They love to crack anywhere that there is a sharp bend in the hose. I have a couple of pics to help you:

The only part I see is a possibility of a Factory lower fascia but I don't think you have one of those. I don't think any hitch maker would be dumb enough not to offer a hitch for one of the nations most popular trucks. I know a guy that has a hitch on a Hyundai for goodness sake!
