Default I got the mod bug!

Here's a time line of what I've done...picked her up acouple months ago and knew acouple things I wanted to do, and then the spending started! haha.

so far, grille attachment, fog lights behind the grille (match brightness of regular lights), and Raptor Bull Bar...

Coming up...dual 3' or 4' Black Firestiks mounted to my toolbox (only one working, other for matchin looks) and bright off-road lights for on my bull bar...and maybe acouple appearance mods and 3" body lift down the road.

And hands down...new paint job! Stayin black though

yea thats what I had on my old Dodge Dakota before Hurricane Isabel back in 2003 totalled everything. Thing was amazing when tuned properly!

I'm really just gonna run the firestiks for looks and mild chatter. mainly use it up at my hunt club and don't need but so much radius. Only thing i'm worried about is the interference of my cab with it being mounted to my toolbox...considering maybe hooking the other one up for Marine VHF since i live in a boatin town and always good to hear the catch goin on...

Looking good. The only problem with modding is it never stops. Then again, thats not bad either

haha very true! I graduate in Dec and already have my job lined up and pay goes way up (intern right now so pay is sad)...and the spending will continue greatly then! going to redo the suspension and add 3" body lift. previous owner took pretty good care of everything in the engine bay but thats about it! but you get what you pay for...got a steal on her i think.

Ya,I'm finding that my truck is just like my Harley, the cheap part of the deal is buying the bike/truck,lol The Mods are where all my money goes. I figure why put it in my 401k so that it can all get sucked up by Wall street, I want a bad ace truck so I can look cool cruising when the country goes down the crapper.lol (Maybe we are actually helping save the economy by buying truck stuff!!!! Win win )

Good suggestion; for us old-timers the well tuned 11 meter linear amplifier would work well to get acroos state lines.
