For which step? The PCM reset is basically the same as disconnecting the negative battery cable and waiting 15-30min. Only difference between those two methods is pulling the fuse and going through the steps is faster and confirms the reset works instead of assuming it worked.

As for the throttle re-calibration, that is the way I was taught to do it by a few different people who know a hell of a lot about the dodge systems. I have tried both ways on seperate occations and in my opinion the one I posted up makes things feel more responsive than the other way as it didn't feel like it did much for the throttle responce.

You are more than welcome to test out the two different methods for your self and see which one feels more responcive after.
