Question Pics after 2.5 level on my '08, and some ???s

My friend put in the daystar 2.5 level and Bilstein shocks on Friday. I'm getting her aligned tomorrow.

Anyway, the new shocks are a good improvement over the stockers and I love the look. Here are some pics after a debadge and bath.

Note - on some large bumps like going from my paved driveway to where the gravel starts, I'm hearing a bang but see no issues with install etc. Anyone got any ideas what may be going on? On normal smaller bumps etc, however, everything is very composed and the ride is much improved. ??
EDIT- Daystar tech support says this is a known issue and getting some offset ball joints fixes the issue. I'm waiting for a callback and will update here when I have more details

They still have a lot of tread left so I'm gonna wait a bit - I'm guessing some 18's since the v6 doesn't need to be tryin to push a lot more tire around

I agree a leveling kit makes all the difference. I am not much of a fan of the factory rake.

The Bang might be the upper arm hitting the coil spring, that's one reason I went with a 2" I think 2.5" is a little too much for the CV joints and the factory parts(clearance, etc.) But looks good, all you need now are some meats to stuff in there.

Yea, it's the upper control arm hitting the springs, my 2007 2wd with the 2.5 spacer does the same thing, very annoying, but yet my mechanic says no harm is being done...but, I'm still not to sure, but for the look it gives the truck, I'd deal with it..

Ahh so you have the same deal going on? Good that makes me feel a lil better - Its only done it twice in about 80 miles, once just being in my driveway where it drops from concrete to gravel.

Haha, mine does it almost every time I hit even the smallest bump, just the bigger the bump the louder the clunk, and vice versa...
