Its to damn hot hear to keep the air off for to long, so normal driving it on, when someone wants to run it gets turned off.

i never run the a/c, i think i've turned it on once before, just to see if it worked. went camping with my old man the last 3 days, on the drive he made me turn it on, that stuff's too cold for me, i was so uncomfortable on the 3 and a half hour drive.

OK, I had to try it this morning. Did a 0-60 run with it on and then one with it off. Truck was slower with it on by a good bit.

sooo if the computer changes the timing and idle with the ac on is there anyway to tricking it to thinking the A/C is on when its not so you get the added timing and idle???

There's no timing added....jesus. The idle goes up 100rpms to prevent a stall...that's it.

Mine on average was 2 tenths slower with the A/C on vs off this morning....

Severe - Even though it does not adjust the timing only the idle, you can adjust it with the DSP. There is a function in there to adjust the idle with the ac on and off. Not sure how it would effect 0-60 times though or how hard it pulls through out the powerband.
