Heres my truck. Just got it in December... a gift to myself.

I posted it on DT a while back and the guys there said it looks like a 2/4 drop. I wasn't sure, but thought it had a drop of some sort. Anyways, don't know whos drop it is, but the truck has blue springs and Bilsteins all the way around, and some boring sounding Magnaflow dumped before the axle. Looks like a muffler before it maybe... not sure on gas trucks stock exhaust set-up. Tires are 285/50/20s.

Hey Guys, I have looked for an answer (ofcourse I only read half of the 100+ pages LOL) but haven't found one.
Can someone tell me if I lower the rearend of my '08 with one of the many 2" shackles available will I need to change
the shocks, or make any front end adjustments?
I just want to make it easier for some family members to get in without putting running boards or steps on.
Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

i have an 06 1500 QC 5.7 hemi, with 305/40/22's all stock other than 2'' spindles in rear and want to lower the front 2'' and the rear 2 more inches. what would be the best cheapest way to do so? goal is to have a 2/4'' drop. thanks guys!

You mean shackles in the rear. I would recommend Mcgaughy's 2/4.5 kit. It's cheap and that's coils, and a flip kit, which you'll get shackles to raise the 6in flip kit to 4.5in rear. My kit was $300 shipped!

Yes, it'll drop it 2/4.5 inch and if you decide to go 4/6 all you need is spindles and reinstall your stock shackles.
