Take the throttle body spacer out (actually losses power for you on a modern throttle body), ditch the flowmaster 40s (great sound, but the chambered design flow much worse than even stock). Ditch the 22" Wheels for something with less weight.
Even though it doesn't add any HP or Torque, you are not going to see much in the way of 1/4 time gains until you re-gear that thing with 4.56 gears. A better aftermarket torque converter would be imperative too. All the performance mods you dump money into are just losing 25% or more before they reach the rear wheels because of the stock torque converter.
Fix the gears and torque converter first, then you can concentrate on mods that make more power like headers, cam, custom tune, heads, etc...

You say True 3" duals....You got Long tube headers? Do you still have the factory Y-pipe? Then it's not True Dual. i dunno why everyone thinks that is true dual?
Anways, that 3" doesn't help much because the factry y-pipe is only 2.5" AND it has a totally Smashed merge pipe which hinders flow.
Get yourself some gears, Headers, Cam. Those 3 will drop your times significantly.
well ya did buy a truck, not a vette or viper. that does seem a little slow, and like everyone else said, if your worried about quarter mile times 22's are not the way to go

First off you have a heavy *** truck, not a carbon fiber sports car so you need to tune it for more low end than top end to get the truck off the line and out of the hole faster. Gears for sure will help change that torque curve a bit to the low end 4.10-4.56, then an aftermarket converter to get rid of a hell of a lot of loss through the drive train and help get the power down to your wheels a lot better over stock. After that some headers, cam, heads, a proper dyno tune and a more free flowing exhaust to make the true duals work to your benefit.
