New Lift

Default New Lift

I installed a 6" Procomp lift in my driveway last week. It took pretty much the whole week because I could only work on it a few hours a day. There was nothing too terribly difficult about it, it was just time consuming.

I don't have pictures of everything involved, but I did get a few. Here are a few key moments from when it first got here, and where I wondered if I was in over my head ...and a few more where it was starting to look like it was going to be OK. I also took this as an opportunity to finally paint my calipers.

I'll tell you what... they're were a few moments along the way where I was wondering why in the heck I ever started this! lol But it all turned out OK!

Did you take the body lift off, or are you sitting 9" up now? Looks good!

I kept the body lift. I did remove the level that I had.

lookin good man, why did you take all these pics of install and not a final pic of the truck with lift???

i dont like the looks of the drive shaft and t-case all layin about tho... that stuff is over my head

we need some pics!!
