Do you have any plans for performance mods like a cold air intake or anything? There are plenty of things you can do like change the spark plugs, replace your air filter, replace your pcv valve, and change the differential fluid. Is your truck and automatic or manual?

try taking it on the highway. i can get 24 mpg (120miles every 1/4 tank)
of course u would have to drive 55 and be behind a big rig.
but 100% city i can only get up to 12mpg (50miles every 1/4 tank) driving like an old lady. 1.8k max in rpm.

ANYTIME I have ever bought a used vehicle....I ALWAYS go right through everything. ALL new fluids. Complete tune-up. Grease everything possible, Lucas Fuel injector cleaner and then go from there.
74kmi. I would assume you need everything including transmission flush, differential flush, possibly a coolant flush, plugs, filter, pcv.
