Default Swapping out the 3.55 gears

I am seriously considering swapping my 3.55 gear to a 4.10/4.11. I've got a shop in town that does it all the time but I want to know from you guys is which one should I go too? I run 275/60/17 tires and do a fair amount of towing. Is there another gear size I should consider? I don't think going to a 4.56 is neccessary but i'm open to any info you have. Truck is an 03 with the 4.7 motor.

I'd say about 75% highway and 25% city.

I have the 3.92s in my truck, and the difference is night and day, so I would say with the size of your tires 4.10 4.11 should be good, I dont think you should go any lower than that with those tires and that much hwy driving

^^^ Then get 4:10's
It will be a huge improvement over the 3:55's. You got 2wd right so you'll only have to do the rear diff. 4wd guys have to do front and rear...$$$$$$

I've got a 4wd truck, sounds like I need to do the front too.

lol yea. you don't want to do the rears without doing the fronts on a 4wd...that would be bad.

Right on, sounds like I need to put 4.10 gears in my truck, hopefully it won't drain my wallet.
